 Welcome to Sort My Science. By purchasing or using our digital products, online tutoring services, or website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

All digital products are delivered electronically. Once access is granted or a download is provided, the product is considered delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product purchases are non-refundable.
Once a digital product has been accessed or downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.

Please ensure the product is suitable before purchasing. If you have questions, contact us prior to checkout.

Payment is required in advance to secure a place in an online group tutoring session.

All online tutoring payments are non-refundable.

If a pupil is unable to attend a booked session:

• The session may be moved to the next available session at no additional cost, subject to availability.
   
• Refunds will not be issued for missed or unused sessions.
   

We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in exceptional circumstances. Where this occurs, pupils will be offered an alternative session.

All materials provided by Sort My Science, including worksheets, templates, videos, and model answers, are for personal use only.

You may not:

• Share, distribute, or resell content
   
• Upload content to public platforms
   
• Use materials for commercial purposes
   

All content remains the intellectual property of Sort My Science.

While we aim to support pupils in improving their GCSE Science performance, results cannot be guaranteed, as exam outcomes depend on many factors including individual effort and exam conditions.

Sort My Science shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
